I had a great experience with PW Auto clinic! They did an excellent job with my oil change and made the whole process quick and easy. The staff was friendly, professional, and took great care of my vehicle. I really appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

PW Auto Clinic is just a block from my house and I have two friends who tried it and liked it. So I brought my car in for an oil change. When they checked the car out they found that I needed work on my radiator and rear brakes and that I would need to leave it there till the next day. They were very accommodating when I told them I needed the car to go to work the next day. They offered to take the price of the Uber off my bill because they really didn’t feel the car was safe for me to drive. As it turned out, the part came in the afternoon and they were able to get everything fixed the same day. I think the price was pretty reasonable (I checked with ChatGPT) but best of all, they seem honest and truly care. I will definitely be bringing all my future auto repairs to PW Auto Clinic.

The overall experience was great. I enjoyed the staff and the professionalism in the shop. They drove me back to my house and picked me up when the work was completed. The work was completed in a timely manner and it works great at this point. I was disappointed that my cabin filter was not replaced but I was able to preform this on my own when I got the car home. Overall it was a great experience and I will go back for future car service, Thank you to the team. The price was higher than I would have liked but they did their best to get some cost out so the quality of service and parts was good.

I recently took my car to PW Auto Clinic for brake issues, and they did an outstanding job replacing the brake pads and rotors quickly and efficiently. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and used quality parts without any upselling pressure. A short time later, when I noticed a coolant leak, they got me in right away, diagnosed the problem accurately, and fixed it thoroughly at a fair price. Their attention to detail, honesty, and excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend PW Auto Clinic to anyone needing reliable auto repairs—they truly stand behind their work and treat customers well. 5 stars all the way.

The service at PW auto clinic is always top tier! I have had several of my high end vehicles serviced with them for nearly 13 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Mike and Justin are the absolute best of the best! Highly recommend 🎉
